Mentoring

Mentorship is a one-on-one relationship that establishes deep trust and understanding between the pupil and the mentor. Compatibility is very important and takes the form of communication style, systems for measuring value, general interests, sense of humour and otherwise ‘world views’.

The role of the mentor is that of guidance, understanding, compassion and accountability.  This is a sacred relationship that carries the wisdom and experience of the mentor forward while valuing equally the unadulterated creativity and freshness of the pupils perspective to be offered in return.

Brandon maintains a few selective spaces in his life for mentioning others wishing to achieve states of meta-level growth and maturity, and who are willing to claim responsibility over their own life’s path.
